With close to 30 years of experience in sales, teaching, and research, nothing is more important to me than knowing with confidence, that I have taken care of my clients to the best of my abilities! I've spent a large part of my work life in a variety of real estate connected industries, like lending, construction, and architecture. . . and have been a Realtor for almost a decade.

Service, Specialties and a Song

Buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s an intense, often fraught-with-emotion, experience. Whether it is your 1st home or your 7th, whether it is your personal residence or an investment property. . . buying a home is MAJOR purchase! NOT quite like buying yourself a toaster or a pair of socks. As a homeowner myself, I understand what an undertaking this is, and how nerve-wracking and scary it can be.
By the same token, selling your home can also be a highly emotional, complex transaction. Even if you are ready to downsize from the home you raised your family in and made memories in, or NEED to sell to relocate for a job, selling your home is also a transaction that has many emotional layers.

That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for ALL of my clients, no matter the transaction. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I am a firm believer in The Golden Rule, and I pride myself on infusing every transaction I am privileged to be a part of, with that philosophy. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients.

I’m a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Military Relocation Specialist. Older, historical homes are my jam, including Craftsman and Mid-Century Modern homes!

I’m also known as The Singing Realtor. While out shopping for homes with my very first clients, I was nervous, so I was singing show tunes non-stop under my breath. Or so I thought. They gave me that wonderful nickname and it stuck! I’m super proud of it!

2nd Generation Realtor

My Dad is a retired OR Realtor, with experience in new construction and commercial real estate. When he thinks I need it, he chimes in and gives advice. I’ve also been fortunate to find a Designated Broker and Mentor I truly jive with, which has made all the difference. She is a 3rd Generation Realtor herself, so the opportunity to learn and grow from someone with a strong, long history of excellence is a blessing.

A little about Me

My husband and I are transplants from the Portland & Troutdale, Oregon areas, crossing over the river for work, back in 2003. We settled in Vancouver, and raised our family here. Fast-forward to 2025, and our 3 boys are almost all grown. . .  it feels like we’ve lived here all of our lives. We are settled and active in our community, having volunteered at the baseball fields where our boys played for many years. Also active in their schools and our church, we are grateful for the connections we have made.

Before I was a Mom, I made my living in the theater/film/music industries in Portland and Boise and Chicago, doing voice-over/commercials work, and singing with various local bands. I’ve also taught piano and voice to area kids, and led software trainings all over the PNW. I am also an experienced genealogist, and am experienced in local history.  Now as my kids are finding their way, and with several years of real estate under my belt, I enjoy mentoring other agents and collaborating with agents within our brokerage.

Music is an integral part of my life and that of my kids. I currently sing in a 40 voice pop and jazz and swing choir based in Beaverton, called Westside Singers. Our oldest son is the drummer in a local Portland band, about to go on tour. Our middle son is graduating from high school and is planning to attend PSU this Fall to study Film and Music, and our youngest is finishing up his Freshman year, where he has enjoyed playing alto sax in the Jazz band and Concert band.

When not selling real estate, you can find me & my family doing home remodeling on our Brady-Bunch style home, playing with our 2 French bulldogs, & spending time outdoors in my backyard sanctuary, floating in our gorgeous pool. We also love to travel, but we hate to leave our dogs.
