Emily Kingan has lived in Portland since 1994, moving to Portland from Massachusetts to attend to Reed College. She purchased her first home a block from Alberta Street at the age of 22. Over the years, she has rebuilt the house from the foundation up, doing much of the work herself. She is passionate about music, fitness, and the outdoors. She is also a licensed tax consultant in Oregon.
