As an Executive Director, Mr. Brown will be growing our agent population through acquisitions as well as individual business plans for our real estate agents and teams. T.P. will be responsible for coaching and training our real estate agents as well our leadership team.


T.P. Brown is a respected businessman and community advocate, as well as a Portland native. He comes to Works Real Estate with a diverse background ranging from sports management to education initiatives. With this knowledge he will be playing a key leadership role in our organization aligning and creating systems, and community and culture leading our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
