Born and raised in Texas, Joe discovered the beauty of the Pacific Northwest on a childhood family vacation and immediately fell in love. Along with his wife, Natashia and their labradoodle, Wizard, he enjoys exploring the trails and the natural wonders Portland has to offer.

He is also a passionate nerd who loves to learn new things, particularly about science, technology, economics, investing, psychology, statistics, music, and cooking, to name a few. He’s a classically trained jazz pianist, a video gamer, a disc golfer, a foodie, and a poet.

Joe believes in investing in hard work, up front, to see lasting benefits in life, and he loves that.
